Thank you for choosing Feng Ink Tattoo! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable consultation experience for each client, please review and follow our store policy:

1. The valid photo ID needs to be provided on the day of the tattoo

2. 18 year old policy

We do not tattoo people under the age of 18. You must be 18 years or older.

3. Touch up policy

We guarantee the quality of all our tattoos, except for those on hands, fingers and feet

( please seek explanation from our employees ).

We guarantee cover all Ink loss caused during the healing process must be touched up within 90 days.

If touch up after 90 days, a fee will be charged.

Please follow our aftercare instructions for optimal results.

4. Policy on the state of the body during the tattoo process

You must eat enough food before getting tattooed to ensure sufficient physical strength. And have sufficient sleep before the tattoo. Maintain a relaxed mood during the tattoo.

If there is any discomfort during the tattoo, please inform the tattoo artist in a timely manner and do not stand up! Generally, when you are too nervous or physically weak during the tattoo period, you may experience hypoglycemic symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and cold sweating. If you feel any discomfort, you should immediately inform the tattoo artist, stop the tattoo, and drink sweet drinks quickly, which will quickly recover.

5. Different charging policies for tattoos

Tattoos are priced based on the complexity of the image, artist hourly pricing rate or daily pricing rate.

6. The policy of refusing tattoos

If your physical condition is not good on the day of the tattoo, or if your skin appears abnormal, we have the right to refuse to tattoo you.

If we feel that we cannot create a great artwork, we will also refuse tattoos. We will do the best to create a work that satisfies you!

7. Regarding the deposit refund policy

The deposit is non-refundable .

We will schedule you after your deposit received .

We require a new deposit If you completely change your mind after the sketch design is completed.

8. Reschedule Time Policy

We will remind you 72 hours advance by phone or message or another way you prefer. Please response us, or your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be confiscated.
We need at least 72 hours notice to reschedule appointment, otherwise the deposit will be confiscated.
If you late more than 90 minutes at that day, your appointment will be canceled and deposit will be confiscated. New deposit need to put for reservation ,for schedule the next tattoo time.

9. Tattoo Term and Price Rate Policy

Tattoo artist's hourly rate will increase over time. Most tattoos can be done in 20months, same price rate can be hold for 20 months. 20 months period starts from the date of your first appointment. After 20 months, the price will be calculated base on new rate for the unfinished parts.

So try your best to finish it in 20 months.

10. Time policy for each tattoo date

The tattoo session is from 12:00pm to 7:00pm on the date.

A large area of tattoos lasts between 4-6 hours per day.

11. Health policy

We guarantee that the needles, pigments, etc. Are within the validity period and are disposable product. Tattooers comply with tattoo hygiene regulations during their work.

12. Tattoo Payment Policy

After completing the date on that day, the corresponding amount will be paid based on the tattoo work hours and the hourly rate of the tattoo artist plus tax.

When your tattoo is fully completed, which is the last appointment, the deposit will be deducted from the session.
